Before and Afters of Siding and Trim Washing

Notice how the trim is dark before, due to mold growth. All the green stuff is from mildew growth. Mold and mildew love to grow in Maryland beacause of our moist (humid) climate. In order for houses to stay looking clean they should be washed annualy. Otherwise, your house will eventually look like the one below. Also, regular washing of your home will extend the life of your siding.
